While you use our online store, we’ll track:

- Tradingview username

If you create an account, we will store your name (can be random – we do not need this information), email and Tradingview username which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. You can delete your account at any time. You can donate and receive access to the items without registering, we only need to know your Tradingview username, where we share these items with you.
Who on our team has access
Only the owner and developer of Starbots website have access to the information you provide us, with the intention to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you. We do not share your information with any third party.
Payments / Donations
We accept donations through PayPal. When processing donations, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. We only collect and need your Tradingview username in this case, where we share these items with you. Please see the PayPal Privacy Policy for more details.
We also accept Cryptocurrency donations through Nowpayments, check their Privacy Policy to see what kind of personal data they use. We only collect and need your Tradingview username in this case again, where we share these items with you.
Cryptocurrency is considered more secure than credit and debit card payments. This is because cryptocurrencies do not need third-party verification. When a customer pays with cryptocurrency, their data isn’t stored in a centralized hub where data breaches commonly occur. Rather, their information is stored in their crypto wallet. Plus, the blockchain general ledger is used to verify and record every transaction, making it very difficult, if not impossible, to steal someone’s identity. We do not collect any of your data in these payments/donations. We just verify that the transaction has been done from your provided wallet address to us. Once a cryptocurrency donation goes through, it is permanent. Please make sure that you send it to our correct wallet address (copy / paste it – don’t manually type them) otherwise your money can be lost and no one can ever track it down anymore.
